As an incoming broker to the Bornhoft Commercial team, Zachariah centers his professional focus around industrial sales and leasing throughout Eastern Washington with a concentrated effort in Spokane and Stevens Counties – by identifying and serving the warehouse and flex-space needs of small business owners and investors in the immediate and surrounding areas.

Before joining Bornhoft Commercial, Zachariah began his commercial brokerage journey in Southern Florida.  There he acquired the educational resources, mentorship, exposure and experience to be a professional of value in the Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach markets.

Zachariah spends much of his time and attention cultivating relationships with local business owners, landlords and tenants in order to obtain the full picture of both the needs of the commercial market as a whole and the available inventory of the area.

It is Zachariah’s personal philosophy that the professional obligations to his client’s needs are paramount without contention.  It is his ambition to be deserving of lasting relationships and affiliations within the business and commercial real estate communities of Spokane and Stevens counties.

In addition to his concentration on industrial product, he also serves multiple investors with NNN – QSR assets nationwide.
